One-to-one Breathwork at Yoga Circle is a personalized, co-created journey held within a safe and attuned container, where trust allows deeper layers of experience to emerge and integrate.
Informed by contemporary research on breathwork, these sessions draw on evidence showing how conscious breathing can regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional processing by shifting brain and autonomic states.
Through rhythmic breathing and carefully curated music, emotional energy and the unconscious psyche are invited to surface in a way that feels grounded rather than overwhelming.
The emphasis is on integration rather than catharsis, allowing insights and sensations to settle into the body with coherence. Breath becomes both guide and anchor, supporting not only immediate healing, but the cultivation of lasting awareness and embodied consciousness.

With Jorge Lopez, ND
Healing at Yoga Circle begins by listening to how the body speaks from the quiet language of cells to the rhythms of hormones, metabolism, and the nervous system. Dr. Jorge R. Lopez, ND offers a naturopathic approach focused on restoring gut health, reducing systemic inflammation, and supporting nervous system regulation as the foundation for vitality and resilience. Therapeutic choices are guided by the body’s own signals and innate intelligence. The intention is to inhabit your body with clarity, balance, and a greater capacity for life.
