Verónica Berezowsky

Hola, my name is Veronica.

I offer my services as somatic therpaist (RCC, RSMT, R-DMT) in private practice and community settings.

The essence of my work centres on holding sacred space for an embodied transpersonal process to develop, which supports individual, ancestral & collective healing, in a journey towards a more conscious, fulfilling and meaningful existence. I use tools like somatic & dance/movement psychotherapy, EMDR, embodiment & conscious breathing practices, self-inquiry, psycho-spiritual education, ritual and ceremony.

The main ground of my work is full devotion to my own process and commitment to my daily practices.

The practices that I share at Yoga Circle have profoundly touched my life and continue to be essential tools in my journey. I share them with deep respect & devotion in the hope that they may touch your life as well.

I have practiced Yoga for over 2 decades. The depth that I found in the system of Ashtanga inspired me to study it, adopt a daily practice, and eventually start sharing it in 2011 under the guidance of my teacher Claudia Pradella.

In the last years I have had the privilege to study with (and be inspired by) Eddie Stern and Robert Moses, who have supported my deepening of pranayama practice, which together with meditation, have become an anchor as I move through my perimenopausal years.

Cyclical awareness was an initiatory practice that keeps providing me with an inner compass and showing me the divine dance of darkness & light, feminine & masculine that exists within and without us all. My main teachers over two decades have been my Womb & Mother Earth.

Authentic Movement touched my soul since the first time I closed my eyes in a session. It has been the most potent tool to listen within and beyond myself. I was introduced to the discipline in 2012 by my teacher Celine Gimbrere, and have been mentored by Tannis Hughil since 2018.

Currently I am immersed in a 2 year program on with Thomas Huebl and have been a student of with Ontogony for almost a decade. Both are commited to teaching the essence of the great wisdom traditions with a modern insight. A path to which I am devoted.

I am honoured to serve in the board of Yoga Outreach and as faculty of The Movement Arc.

I look forward to connecting with you and inspire each other. Bienvenide!
