FAMILY CONSTELLATION CIRCLE

“If you think you are Enlightened, go spend a week with your family” — Ram Dass

Developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger, Family Constellations illustrates the energetic impact from experiences in our family of origin, place of work and life events that can create palpable, yet elusive, blocks in our lives.

Through systemic and family constellation work, hidden or unconscious dynamics and patterns can be brought to the surface. By bringing these into the light of our awareness, we can begin to see and understand them and, over time, change our inner attitude towards ourselves, family members and the issues that we are facing, so that we can allow ourselves to break free from destructive patterns and live a more fulfilling and healthier life in true connection with ourselves and others.

What to expect :
- Opening circle - grouding meditation
- Basic introduction to Family Constellations & Systemic Work
- Five full Family Constellations
- Closing Circle - reflection and grounding meditation

In this workshop 5 participants will have the opportunity to set up a constellation for their personal “issue” and get to observe the work unfold, dynamics appear, shift and resolve in a safe and gentle way.

The other 7 participants will witness and may be representing parts of the system/issue of the process, also gaining insight and releasing energetic blocks along the way.

If you have any questions please get in touch with Veronica. Together we can decide whether it is best for you to set up a constellation or to be a witness.
