LEVEL 1
Mondays 7:30pm (30min | online or in person)

You will be guided through a simple, safe and effective breathing sequence to regulate your nervous system, and a simple meditation practice, generating more peace & calmness.

Next Series: Monday, Jan 20 & 27, Feb 3 & 10

Cost:
Whole Series $80 + gst
Single session $25 (included in Beginners led 6pm class)

LEVEL 2
Saturdays 8:45am

You will be guided through an intermediate sequence of pranayama practices.
A solid asana practice is recommended. Level 1 is a prerequisite.

Cost:
$28 + gst per class / Included in Full Primary 9:15am class

ABOUT PRANAYAMA

Pranayama, a foundational practice of Yoga, is the art of paying attention to our breath; of lengthening, expanding, or directing it, in order to still our minds and reach deeper levels of peace.

The way we breathe, has a direct effect in the way we think and feel. And viceversa. Paying attention to our breath is the most powerful and accessible tool to regulate our nervous system and generate a sense of peace.
